Welcome to Sweets Sales Project App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sweet Trade website and application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided as an order management system for B2B and B2C sweets trade. You may use the App to browse available items, add them to your cart, and place orders. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Account Registration

To place orders, you must log in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

Order Placement: When you place an order through the App, it serves as a formal request for items.

Verbal Confirmation: Placing an order in the App does not constitute an immediate legally binding contract of sale. All orders are subject to verbal confirmation by our management or administrative staff. The final confirmation, delivery schedule, and pricing will be communicated verbally.

Order Status: You can track the status of your orders (e.g., Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled) within the App.

4. No Online Payments

The App does not support online payments. No financial transactions are processed through the App. All payments, billing, and invoicing are handled strictly through offline methods agreed upon verbally or via separate offline contracts.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation through the App. However, once an order has been confirmed by our staff, the cancellation request is subject to approval by a Manager or Admin. Unauthorized or late cancellation requests may be rejected.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
